Almost all of us have deleted some files, only to discover that it was an important one that we need to get it back to solve a problem, to complete a task, or only because of its sentimental value.

This program allows you to scan your computer and recover the deleted files. It has three scanning levels that perform different types of tasks. The first one is called Deleted File Recovery, which only recovers those files that have been thrown to the recycle bin. The second one is called Deep Scan Recovery which, as its name implies, performs a deeper search to find any deleted and recoverable file. The last level is the Raw Drive Recovery, which is used in cases of corrupted, unreadable or deleted partitions, unreadable drive, and other extreme situations.

The Deep Scan Recovery is by far the most useful for common users, since the first one is too basic, and the third is more specialized. I performed a deep scan, and the program found many files that other recovery programs couldn't. This is an advantage over other brands.

Once the program has found the recoverable files, you can select the one(s) you want to get back. In general, the program works well, although the scan process may be slow, especially if you have a lot of storage capacity and if your drive has been used for a long time. Nevertheless, it will be worth the wait.

The main disadvantage of this free version is that you can only recover up to 1 Gb of data. If you need more, then you will need to purchase a license.
